standard and large board inspection
Autotronik inline conveyor stage provides a large working
space for inspection, post-assembly process. It accepts
the boards sized 35 to 390mm in width, and up to 820mm
in length .
Inspection
Process facilitated by SMEMA technology
The board enters the conveyor from the previous machine
and is conveyed to the inspection area. If there is already
a board for inspection, it will stop at the entrance of
the conveyor. Once the board is inspected the operator
could press the button to release it into the next machine.
If the next machine is not ready to take another board
it will wait until the following machine gives the signal
that it is ready for the board. If no inspection is required
the conveyor will just act as a buffer conveyor.
